1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SpiroHost offers a 3-day money-back guarantee on eligible Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 3 days of your initial signup.

The refund applies only to the eligible hosting service and does not include non-refundable products or third-party services.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. These include:

• Domain Registrations/Transfers/Renewals: Domain costs are paid to the registry immediately and cannot be refunded.
• Dedicated Servers & VPS: Setup fees and monthly fees for these services are non-refundable.
• Software Licenses: cPanel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, or any other third-party software licenses are non-refundable.
• SSL Certificates: Paid SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.
• Third-Party Services: Any third-party service or product purchased through SpiroHost is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Open a support ticket with the Billing Department.
3. Clearly state that you wish to cancel your hosting service and request a refund under the 3-day money-back guarantee.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned using the original payment method, where possible.
