1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SpiroHost ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our website or use any of our services.

2. Account Eligibility

By registering for our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Hosting phishing sites, malware, or viruses.
• Hosting adult content or copyrighted material without permission.
• Running high-resource scripts that degrade server performance for others.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in BDT and USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we will provide 30 days' notice for existing recurring services.

4.2 Late Payments

Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 3 days after the due date. A late fee may apply for reactivation.

5. Backups and Data Loss

While we perform courtesy backups for Shared and Reseller Hosting accounts, you are ultimately responsible for your own data. SpiroHost accepts no liability for any data loss, and we strongly recommend maintaining your own off-site backups.
